This policy describes the data processed by the Rendimetrica website and its purposes. On every calculation the server stores an anonymous snapshot (property parameters, chosen options, estimate results, selected location and IP address): this is used to improve the service and to produce aggregate statistics. Your email address is only stored if, after an estimate, you voluntarily enter it in the form, accept this policy and submit the request.
The data controller is GIGAFARM OU, based in Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, 10115, Estonia. For requests about the service and personal data: [email protected].
On every calculation the server stores a snapshot with a server-side ID and timestamp, the selected address or place (including, for Photon results, the coordinates provided by the service), rooms, beds, bathrooms, options, estimate parameters and results, together with the connection IP address. The email form is optional: if you enter your email, accept this policy and submit the form, the site stores the request linked to the snapshot, the email, the server timestamp and the consent. Your email is not used for marketing and is not shared with partners.
The location search sends the typed text to Photon (Komoot), a service based on OpenStreetMap, to return suggestions; Photon may receive the IP address and technical request data. The page shows attribution to OpenStreetMap and a link to the ODbL license. Nominatim is not used for autocomplete. If Photon does not respond, the calculation remains subject to the explicit selection of a valid location; no automatic estimate is started.
Calculation snapshots are stored to improve the service and for aggregate statistics. The linked snapshot and email are stored only when you submit the request after accepting this policy. The data is used to handle your contact request and provide the service. No marketing consent is collected and no partner sharing is authorized; any different use would require a separate, optional, non-preselected consent.
Calculation snapshots, email requests and the anonymous visit log are stored in a PostgreSQL database on OVH servers (European Union). Read access is reserved to the credential-protected admin panel.
The planned retention period for snapshots, IP addresses and email requests is ten years from registration. The system purges expired records when the API endpoints are called or when an authenticated administrator opens the record list; deletion may therefore occur with a slight delay after the exact expiry date.

The calculator requires no registration and does not keep copies of snapshots in the browser. To improve the site we record anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed and technical browsing data): cookie-based analytics tools only start after the consent given in the banner, and refusing them does not limit the service. The Photon search transmits to that service the data needed to provide the requested suggestions.
