Rendimetrica is a service by GIGAFARM OU that provides indicative estimates of the potential income of properties under short-term and long-term rental in Italy, based on market averages and the parameters described in the Methodology section.
The results are statistical estimates and do not constitute tax, legal, real-estate or investment advice, nor a promise of earnings. Actual results may differ significantly depending on the property, the micro-area, demand, costs and applicable rules. Before making financial decisions, consult the relevant professionals.
The calculator can be used without registration and without entering an email address. On every calculation the server stores an anonymous snapshot of the estimate (parameters, options, results, location and IP address), used to improve the service and for aggregate statistics. After the calculation, the email request is optional: if you enter your address, accept the privacy policy and submit the form, the server stores the request linked to the estimate. Your email is not used for marketing and is not shared with partners.
You may not use the service unlawfully or abusively, nor enter third parties' personal data without authorization. The service may be temporarily limited in case of automated or anomalous use.
The service and the estimates are provided for guidance only and may contain errors or be temporarily unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, GIGAFARM OU does not guarantee that the results will match actual earnings; users' non-waivable rights remain unaffected.
The terms may be updated; the version published on this page is the one in force. Italian law applies where applicable; the competent court is Tallinn, subject to mandatory applicable rules, including consumer rights.
